SHIPPING UPDATE.
Boatshed7 is shipping to all Australian towns, suburbs and cities across the country and over 250 countries around the world. No matter where you are, you can have a little bit of the Australian beach culture delivered direct to you.
Boatshed7 is still the only Aussie company bringing our Australian beach experience and lifestyle to the world. Including the USA, UK, France and the Phillipines.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours however, during busy sale periods and over weekends there may be a small delay in dispatching your order.
Shipping estimates are based on 'work days'.
Time & Costs
STANDARD DELIVERY TIMES
Australia (excluding WA): Standard normally,
3 - 7 days
(Peak) 5 -18 days
WA Only: normally, 6-14 days
International: 10 -21 days
You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched, and this email will include all tracking details relating to your order. Changes to your order's delivery status will be indicated via your tracking number on the courier website. All orders are delivered via registered courier and will require a signature, unless you provide Authority To Leave ‘ATL’, during checkout. Authority To Leave is optional for Standard deliveries. It is your responsibility to to have items left in a safe place once delivered.
Important Note: We are not able to redirect your order once it is shipped.
Unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
COSTS
Due to the shape and size of a lot of our beach gear free shipping is unfortunately not always possible, however we have negotiated very low flat rates for Australia-wide shipping.
Aust Standard Delivery: Under $140 = $9.95
Aust Standard Delivery: $140 - $199 = $14.95
Aust Standard Delivery: $200 - $350 = $19.95
Aust Standard Delivery: $351+ = $40.00
International = up to $370.00 per item on application.
International rates are subject to change at any time and can vary based on the current freight rates at the time of shipping, not when the order is placed.
Shipping costs are a flat fee calculated at the check out based on your total purchase.
Tracking Your Order
When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details. This email will also include a link which will allow you to track the status of your delivery at anytime. If you have not yet received an email notification, please be assured our online team are most likely still working hard to get your order to you. PLEASE NOTE: tracking information may not be available online for 24 hours after placing your order.
Damaged or Lost Goods

Authority to Leave ‘ATL’
By selecting the box "Authority to Leave" you hereby authorise Boatshed7 to arrange for your parcel to be delivered to and left at your nominated shipping address without requiring you to sign for delivery ("ATL delivery"). If you select to receive your parcel via ATL delivery, you acknowledge and agree that only confirmation of delivery by the delivery driver (engaged directly or indirectly by Boatshed7) will be obtained, in order to satisfy proof of delivery. To the extent permissible by law, Boatshed7 and its related entities disclaim all warranties and liabilities in relation to the delivery of the parcel. Unless otherwise required by law, Boatshed7 will not replace or refund items which you do not receive if being delivered via ATL delivery. By selecting ATL delivery, you acknowledge and agree that the delivery driver maintains the right to only leave the parcel at your shipping address if they deem the property safe to do so.
